Training season ANEW
As I am writing this week’s healing letter…I am preparing to leave country soon, for a couple of weeks. I will keep you posted on the shenanigans, but for the time being…slow and silent is what I need. My mind has been racing for the past 5 months at an incredible speed. Like all of you beloved women, between taking care of our lives, our loved ones and facing unpredictability, for me the beginning of 2025 brought a lot. I now need to recharge, refocus, get inspired again. But I do want to leave you with the weekly message you can use for inspiration, guidance or just to unwind.
This one is a bit longer because…well, Saturn made me do it. :)
This week and particularly today made me think more of this transit we are experiencing until 2028. SATURN IN ARIES. But you know me, I want to be less astro-technical and more grounded, as this is a shared agora and with it, the need for a common understanding is needed. So what is it all about?
There are moments when life rearranges our soul furniture.
It might not start with radical happenings, but soon enough the atmosphere will seem radically different. A room once familiar becomes strange, dismantled. The same chair now faces a different wall. The sun hits your skin through another window. You sense that you're being asked to sit differently in your own life.
That’s what this time under Saturn in Aries is. A slow rearrangement. Not of things, but of self. You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation.
A new cycle has begun this week. A beginning without a grand entrance, but with a firm, resounding question: Are you ready to mould your new becoming? Saturn has entered the first sign of the zodiac. And that means: we begin again. Or we begin consciously something we have never really mastered. As Saturn needs approximately 28 years to visit the entire zodiac, some of you might experience this energy for the first time in your life.
It’s not the age of decoration. It’s not about how your life looks, but how it feels on the inside. Aries is the first gate. The I AM. The spark that begins the flame. And Saturn brings time, form, and pressure. Together, they ask us: What do you do with your raw will when no one is watching?
But beginnings are never innocent. They come with ghosts. With memory. With choices unmade. With responsibility we don’t feel like taking on.
We begin again, yes, but not as beginners. We begin as those who have seen enough to know that action has consequence, that impulse has weight, that every time we rise, we leave behind a trail. Someone watched us love. Someone felt us leave. Someone still carries our absence.
We are asked to hold the fire within. To learn how to keep the flame burning and turn it into shapes and forms we use in our lives. For each of us, this energy will activate certain domains in our lives and will make aspects with our birth astral DNA.
This transit which happens until spring of 2028 is not a time of theory. It is a time of practice. And practice. And practice. Until patience is learnt and surpassed completely, being integrated fully.
The energy that is now settling over us demands embodiment. Presence. Decisions made not in notebooks, but in movement, decisions, action. And to learn that starting means nothing without a firm plan that continues and grounds that idea into fulfilment. Fire doesn’t ask you to understand it. It asks you to respond to it. To let it shape your will.
Saturn in Aries is about holding fire with maturity and dedication, commitment in everything. It’s not the spark of youth, but the discipline of knowing when to ignite and when to pause.
This is the time when impulse meets consequence.
And there is no manual for this. There is no map. Because Aries is the territory before maps. The place before the lines were drawn. The raw, unclaimed field.
We are learning to build a self in a space that we haven’t measured.
The energy is an invisible architecture of impact
Saturn teaches an important thing: everything matters. Every choice. Every refusal. Every inaction. Every time we say yes too fast. Every time we say no out of fear. Every promise made and not kept. Every act of courage that no one clapped for. Every act of harm we never knew we caused with our aggression.
Because action has a shadow.
For the next 2 years and a half (my math is OK, these is a period of time Saturn will slip back into Pisces during these years), we will have to face the responsibility of being an authentic self in the world. Not a concept. Not an avatar. A soul. A body. A voice. A human IP, as my friend Oana says.
We will experience the paradox of real maturity. To keep choosing even without certainty. To live life knowing that your movement will ripple. That someone may misunderstand you. That someone may never forget you.
But you must still become.
Sometimes we might feel like our desires are denied. Not to suppress the self, but to temper it. To forge it into something that doesn’t just burn brightly for a moment, but becomes a long lasting flame.
This is not a time of swift rewards. It is the apprenticeship of restraint. Of deeper self-trust. The realisation that what we want is only as good as the ground we build it on.
Wanting is easy. Standing for that want, every day, with integrity, that’s where the true path starts.
You will feel the edges of your ego. You will watch how quickly you want to react. This will be the initiation of the wise warrior.
This moment asks something uncomfortable from us: to take full responsibility for our own becoming.
To carry the weight of one’s own life is the most intimate form of freedom.
This is a slow transit. It instructs. It disciplines. And if you let it, it dignifies. You will feel resistance. You will meet old wounds disguised as urgency. You will be asked to choose: Am I reacting, or am I responding? Am I performing, or am I building? Am I doing this for approval, or from alignment?
You must walk slowly now. This is an initiation. That’s the self Saturn wants to sculpt: your core architecture of consequence. And you will build it inward.
Imagine standing in a room filled only with light. You are not lit from above. You are immersed in it. Dissolved. You experience a new sense of space, perception and understanding. Under this transit, you can feel like you will start occupying yourself for the first time with more accountability and awareness.
You will get to start over if you’re willing to do the work differently.
Everything will feel like training. And training means mistakes. It means discomfort. It means finding yourself in old patterns and saying, “Not this time.” And when you fail, which you will, it means standing up and starting again in another way. This is the time for radical accountability
As always, here are some of my prompts I use for this energy, maybe they will help you make the most of it also:
Where in my life am I acting from impulse instead of focused intention?
What am I building with my actions?
Do I know the difference between a true “yes” and a performative one?
What personal boundary have I avoided enforcing out of fear of losing approval?
Where have I confused self-expression with emotional reactivity?
What part of me wants to lead and is it ready to carry the responsibility that comes with that?
Am I willing to do something slowly and consistently, even if no one validates it for the time being?
Where am I still looking for someone else to give me permission to begin?
What does courage look like in my life right now?
What do I want to be known for even by those who never meet me?
In what ways am I still performing instead of living?
Am I willing to sit in discomfort long enough for something real to emerge?
Can I be honest enough to let this transit shape me, not just challenge me?
What to watch closely during this transit
This energy may amplify tension headaches, especially those related to stress, eye strain, or suppressed anger. Hydrate and follow regular sleep cycles. Daily magnesium supplementation (but do your blood work and consult with your MD). Be more mindful of your screen time and use blue light filters. Learn and practice daily jaw release and scalp massage.
We might also encounter problems with our sympathetic nervous system. We need to understand that the “go-go-go” mentality keeps the body in a constant state of stress. And if you don’t learn the importance of relaxation, Saturn will teach you (by stopping you). Opt for adaptogens like Ashwagandha, Rhodiola. Make a habit out of pranayama (daily breath work) or yoga nidra for nervous system repair. Create boundaries between output and recovery. Reduce caffeine intake; you will be demanded sustainable energy, not spikes and you do need a qualitative rest, so take your caffeine before 1-2 PM daily. Try once and again a facial lymphatic drainage massage.
Identify the true emotional and psychological root of inflammation or fatigue. Suppressed rage in women as they are constantly conditioned to be nice. Fear of asserting boundaries, shame around ambition or desire, disconnection from instinct. Try somatic practices that build integrity and identity: martial arts, primal movement, anger release rituals.
The Saturnian healing principle during this transit is simple: DISCIPLINE OVER IMPULSE | DRAMA. Health will come from behaviours that are integrated in your daily life, not from 3-day detoxes in expensive places. Healing will also require patience. I have a principle: you can’t heal in a day what you’ve destroyed for years. You must learn the pain and discipline of respecting your body and your soul.
Remember: the body never lies. It speaks for the parts of you that haven't found or used words yet.
The father wound might take center stage during this time.
Under Saturn in Aries, we are dealing with the architecture of identity. And in that structure, the earliest scaffolding often came from one place: authority. Particularly, our relationship with the father, biological, symbolic, or societal.
This transit will bring us face-to-face with:
The voice we internalised in childhood (“Don’t speak. Be strong. Don’t cry.”)
The inherited narrative about what it means to lead, to act, to be respected
The unhealed grief around absent, authoritarian, or emotionally distant fathers
The patterns we’ve developed to either rebel against or replicate authority
In medical astrology, Saturn relates to the skeletal system. Symbolically, it’s the framework we grow around. And many of us still carry frozen anger, shame, or fear in their bones, quite literally, stemming from a father who didn’t see them, protect them, or allow them to be fully expressive with full on wings.
So…what better time to heal your authority | father wound.
A resource I am recommending is Susan Schwartz “The absent father effect on daughters”. It investigates the impact of absent – physically or emotionally – and inadequate fathers on the lives and psyches of their daughters through the perspective of Jungian analytical psychology. This book tells the stories of daughters who describe the insecurity of self, the splintering and disintegration of the personality, and the silencing of voice.
Saturn in Aries will teach you can be your own authority now.
You can protect your truth.
You can validate your choices.
You can honour your instincts.
You will stop outsourcing your power.
You will stop waiting to be chosen.
You will start building from the inside out.
If you are on the verge of building your new you, then maybe this moment is not random.

What if the wall is the doorway?
As I’m writing this message…the New Moon in Gemini is in full swing. For me it means a beautiful chart formation that hopefully I will be able to activate and grow over the next 6 months to 1 year. But it also means mental stress and an overly anxious brain that is less patient and more restless now.
VIA ANIMAE. Will you join me?
As I’m writing these lines…yes, I do realise I’ve been OFF for more than 2 months now. My last message to you was in mid March. Oh, how LIFE got the best and the worst of me in 2 months. I will spare you the gritty details but it was truly a deep process. About that…later on in a separate storytelling.
